At any given time, our Salt Lake City research center concurrently runs 50-80 clinical studies in Human Abuse Potential (HAP), addiction, pain, psychiatry, neurology, pediatric and infectious disease services. PRA’s knowledgeable staff streamlined recruiting processes and onsite laboratory and pharmacy services expedite study start-up timelines while providing the highest quality care and safety to our patients.

Our Salt Lake City Clinic has been involved in clinical research for 13+ years.


Our Salt Lake City clinic offers both inpatient and outpatient facilities. This location has a 136 bed capacity and is located directly across the street from St. Mark's Hospital. It is equipped with the following specialized equipment: C-Arm for fluoroscopy, cold presser, panoramic x-ray, pupillometry, UVB Burn Medoc for Quantitate Sensory Testing, dental chairs, surgical beds, treatment room, 5 lead telemetry, oxygen saturation monitoring, hypercapnia (mainstream and sidestream ETCO2 monitoring).

We have capabilities for PET Scan, MRI, FMRI and specialty x-rays. The clinic is highly accessible via Trax and public buses.
