Sun Valley Research Center is focused on the comprehensive, successful management and completion of Phase II-IV clinical trials combined with our private practice. Our private practice has treated patients with schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, anger symptoms, panic and other anxiety disorders, as well as difficulty with sleep and chronic pain. We also assist the obese and those with eating disorders, plus individuals with paranoid, psychotic or schizophrenic disorders. Memory failing, Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia are also treated

We promote the advancement of wellness through research and are dedicated to advancing the development of new investigational treatments (drugs, devices). Our private practice has implemented programs to quit smoking, control body weight and educate the community about mental illness.

Our research team is designed to streamline efforts to assure maximum efficiency while maintaining the highest ethical standards, ensuring research subject safety. Our site consists of 2 Board Certified Psychologists and research staff to oversee all clinical trials with several years of experience. In conjunction with the University of California San Diego, the international mood disorders center and other academic institutions, various research protocols are being instituted to include studies in Latino Mental Health, Victims of Trauma, Aging, and clinical drug trials allowing the possibility of offering high quality treatments at no cost.

Sponsors are assured of timely study initiation and patient enrollments as well as accurate study protocol conduct.

Our primary source of research subjects are the patients seen in our behavioral health medical center, by private practice practitioners, multi-specialty group practices, and community hospitals. Our private practice is currently the largest private system of behavioral and psychiatric care in the Imperial County, California.

Community support is outstanding and our internal patient database is extensive coming from our sub-specialty physicians.
