All new data were gathered through WCG CenterWatch’s 2023 survey of more than 3,600 site representatives. Respondents ranked 34 CROs on a variety of criteria they regarded as important to a strong working relationship.
New for 2023 — Respondents rated the performance of CROs they worked with the most over the past two years on 26 attributes. New this year, a rating on the likelihood to recommend the CRO was recorded. Where an appropriate number of ratings were received, a Net Promoter Score (NPS) for each CRO was calculated as illustrated below.
