New for 2023 — Respondents rated the performance of sponsors they worked with the most over the past two years on 47 attributes, and how likely they were to recommend them to their colleagues resulting in a calculated Net Promoter Score (NPS). When enough data was available correlation of CRO partners with NPS were analyzed.
