Validated Claim Support is a dedicated Consumer Product Testing Company located in Teaneck, New Jersey. We are a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) that helps skincare, haircare, medical device, and personal care manufacturers support their product claims.

Founded in 2019, VCS needs consumers and product testers to help us validate that products sold on the mass market are safe and effective. We are often involved with Before & After imaging studies for HSN/QVC and we work with a wide range of major multinational brands along with premium boutique brands.

By participating in our studies, you can learn about the latest anti-aging and skincare trends while getting compensated for your time. We need your help to shape the future of the skincare and cosmetic industries.

Research Experience

VCS conducts research on topical products such as moisturizers, anti-aging serums, acne products, medical and therapeutic devices, shampoos, conditioners, makeup, cosmetics, sunscreens, and a wide range of secondary haircare and personal care products.

We don't publicly list our clients, and we are a privately held, third party, independent and unbiased research organization. We work with many major international brands, and all the products we test are designed for consumer use. They are certified as safe by their manufacturers.

VCS has been open since 2019, and its two founders have over 20 years experience in Clinical Research.

Facility Description

All studies require 1 or more 30-60 min visits to our facility in Teaneck, NJ at the Glenpointe Center. There is ample parking onsite, and we're conveniently located right off Interstates 95 and 80. There are NJ Transit and MTA bus stops right onsite, as well as a Starbucks and cafeteria which are open to the public.

Investigator Experience

Our principal research Dermatologist is Dr. David Wrone, who is a licensed Dermatologist and has been practicing professionally for over 20 years. He has been involved with clinical research for 30 years and is a board-certified Mohs Surgeon.

Our Clinical Research Manager, Anna Hardy, has been conducting skincare clinical studies for 17 years and personally tested many hundreds of premium makeup and personal care products.

Patient Demographics

Validated Claim Support recruits for a wide range of studies, most of which require a generally healthy population aged 18-70. Our studies can be targeted around a visible presenting condition, such as fine lines & wrinkles, acne, large pores, oily skin etc. . . We openly recruit across all skin types and ethnicities, though some studies require specific criteria to be met which is mandated by the client.

More Information

Validated Claim Support submits all drug, medical device, and OTC studies along with any "at risk" population studies to an Institutional Review Board. We use Allendale IRB and/or Advarra depending on client requirements.
