Established in 1994, the Medical Center for Clinical Research (MCCR) is a dedicated research site that has clinically tested and evaluated both new and previously approved medical treatments.
With its roots in women's health, MCCR has studied treatments and devices developed for a wide variety of women's health indications as well as conducted numerous clinical trials in CNS, Gastrointestinal and Urological indications.We have over two decades of clinical research experience and have completed over 350 clinical research trials, with an average of 95% of completed studies that have met enrollment.
Our focus is on Phase II-IV research trials and we have successfully conducted over 350 clinical trials. We have an average of 95% of completed studies that have met enrollment. Director William D. Koltun MD, a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, has specialized in the treatment of menopause, osteoporosis, contraception, endometriosis, human papilloma virus (HPV), and female urology and has published extensively in his field.

The Medical Center for Clinical Research is located at the intersection of Friars Road and River Run Drive and can be easily reached from the 8, 163, and 15 freeways. Heading west on Friars Road, turn right at the light at River Run Drive and enter our parking area. Heading east, make a left turn at the light at River Run Drive to enter the parking lot. We are located in the 9040 building in Suite 540.

Our staff at MCCR include a Principal Investigator, 5 Sub-Investigators, 6 CRCs, an LVN, 2 Phlebotomists, 2 Recruiters, 2 Data Entry Specialists, and a Quality Assurance Specialist. Four coordinators are certified by ACPR.
