Alas Science Clinical Research presents with a 20 year historic legacy of great accomplishments in Las Vegas. Recently purchased and under new management since April 2018, we are proud to continue to honor and preserve this research institution.

The Alas team is comprised of skilled researchers whom preform all phases (1-4) clinical trials in diabetes and other health related conditions (Cardio vascular, metabolic disorders, neuropathies, obesity and medical devices). These trials are conducted within the private-practice of our medical directors.

Our organization has been conducting clinical trials since September 2004. However, the staff has over 50 years of a combined experience in clinical trials. In conjunction with the Private Non-Profit Medical Clinic and the Clark County Department of Health, the organization conducts educational seminars on diabetes, support groups, diabetes awareness health fairs and many other community activities. Consequently, we have a very large database of prospective trial subjects.

We consistently meet our allocated patient numbers in a timely manner and sponsors frequently ask us to continue enrolling beyond initial contract agreement. The Alas Science Clinical Research is located in the heart of Las Vegas, NV. Our 12,000 sq. ft. facilities build in 2006 and completely remodeled it to meet the growing needs of our research practice. We are very pleased that our facility offers our patients and study monitors a very high level of comfort and professionalism.

Most of the research staff are native Spanish speakers and fluent in English. Therefore, the site is able to serve a diverse ethnic population.

Patients

Since 2004 we have built a database of over 8,000 patients. It is from this database that we are able to draw a large portion of our research volunteers.In terms of age, our patient base is divided as follows:

• 90% Adult
• 10% Geriatric
