    Overview

Chase Medical Research (CMR) is a multispecialty clinical investigator site with its main location encompassing 5,000 square feet of newly renovated clinical and administrative space in Waterbury, Conn. Dr. Joseph Soufer serves as our CEO and medical director as well as the principal investigator on many of the trials. We have been in existence since 2001. Our principal investigators and staff have many years of experience. Our database has grown over the years through relationships with physician practices as well as our outreach efforts in the greater Waterbury community. As part of our mission, we contribute to the community by offering residents in our area various symposiums and educational sessions in the areas of diabetes, healthy eating, Alzheimer’s, heart health and much more.

CMR is affiliated with area specialists in neurology, psychology, rheumatology and gastroenterology.  CMR consists of physicians from the following specialty groups: Phoenix Specialty Group and Digestive Disease Center of Connecticut.
