    Overview

    Pharmaceutical Research & Consulting (PRC) is a full-time, privately owned clinical research facility, headed by Dr. Gary Gross and Dr. Michael Ruff.

    Investigator Experience

    Dr. Gary Gross
    Medical Director

    Dr. Gross is certified with both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He has been conducting clinical trials since 1979.

    Dr. Michael Ruff
    Board Certified – Pediatrics and Allergy and Immunology.

    Dr. Ruff has been the principal investigator or a sub-investigator on numerous studies since joining PRC in 1987.

    Dr. Gross has been involved in clinical research since 2005 and has been a sub-investigator on numerous studies since joining PRC in 2018.

    Patient Demographics

    The majority of our research subjects come from the large patient database stemming from Dr. Gross's and Dr. Ruff’s adjoining private practices. Most live in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and range in age from six months to 80-plus years. The ethnic makeup of our research subjects on average is 75 percent; Caucasian; 20 percent African-American and 5 percent Hispanic, Asian and other groups.
