    General Information

MONISTAT 3 Combination Pack has been approved as an over the counter treatment for vaginal yeast infections. MONISTAT 3 is a three-day, 200 mg treatment. Most vaginal yeast infection treatments must be taken for four to seven days. It will be available in a combination pack of three suppositories and a tube of 2% moconazole nitrate cream for external relief of symptoms. While the three suppositories are the internal cure, the cream can be applied for relief of the external irritation and itching associated with the condition.

    Additional Information

Currently, vaginal yeast infections affect more than 13 million women each year in the United States. Three quarters of all women will experience at least one vaginal yeast infection during their lifetime.
