Long-Term Efficacy and Safety of Intravitreal Aflibercept Injections for the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy for Subjects Who Completed the 2-Year PANORAMA Trial (VOYAGE)

The VOYAGE trial will assess diabetic retinopathy severity scale (DRSS) levels, through 112 weeks, while being managed with aflibercept as needed, among subjects who completed the 2-year PANORAMA trial (VGFTe-OD-1411) and were treated in a clinical setting prior to joining the VOYAGE study.

Early Immunosuppressive Therapy on the Course of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada Disease

This prospective study will include patients with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease from disease onset, treated with early systemic high-dose corticosteroid and immunosuppressive therapy. Clinical and subclinical signs of disease activity added with electroretinogram exams, through predefined intervals, will be evaluated through a minimum 12-month follow-up.

Central Serous Chorioretinopathy Registry and Pachychoroid Observation and Natural History Study (CSCR POOH)

Objectives To conduct a Natural History Observation Study to characterize the clinical features and progression of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSCR) from the earliest to the vision-threatening stages. Collect genetic samples of affected individuals and their families to establish whether there is a genetic basis for the disease. To create a …

Functionally Validated Structural Endpoints for Early AMD (ALSTAR2)

Delayed rod-mediated dark adaptation (RMDA), or delayed recovery of vision in a dark environment, is a functional biomarker (i.e., risk factor) for early age-related macular degeneration (AMD). This research plan is designed to elucidate the structural (anatomical) basis of this visual deficit using cellular- and subcellular level imaging of the …
