  • A Study of Camizestrant in ER+/HER2- Early Breast Cancer After at Least 2 Years of Standard Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy

This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard endocrine therapy in patients with ER+/HER2 - early breast cancer who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy) and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) for at least 2 years and up to 5 years. The planned duration of treatment in either arm of the study is 60 months. The eligible patients must have intermediate or high risk of recurrence, as defined by specified clinical and biologic criteria. Prior use of CDK4/6 inhibitors is permitted. The primary endpoint of the study is Invasive breast cancer-free survival (IBCFS) and main secondary endpoints include Invasive disease-free survival (IDFS), Distant relapse-free survival (DRFS), Overall survival (OS), Safety and Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs). Patients will be followed for 10 years from randomization of the last patient.

  • Study of Romiplostim for Chemotherapy-induced Thrombocytopenia in Adult Subjects With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), Ovarian Cancer, or Breast Cancer

This is a phase 3, randomized, placebo-controlled, multicenter, international study for the treatment of CIT in adult subjects receiving chemotherapy for the treatment of NSCLC, ovarian cancer, or breast cancer. Subjects must have a platelet count ≤ 85 x 10^9/L on day 1 of the study. The study will consist of a screening period of up to 4 weeks, a treatment period long enough to allow for assessment of 3 planned cycles of chemotherapy, a follow-up visit, and long-term follow-up (LTFU). Given that subjects are required to have 3 remaining planned cycles of chemotherapy, the chemotherapy cycles may be 3 or 4 weeks in duration, and the investigational product dose adjustment guidelines allow for up to 12 weeks of dosing before a subject is declared a non-responder, the majority of study subjects will receive investigational product for a range of 10-24 weeks.

  • Trial of Two Adagrasib Dosing Regimens in NSCLC With KRAS G12C Mutation (KRYSTAL 21)

CA239-0012 is a phase 2 study of adagrasib monotherapy in which patients are randomized between two dosing regimens. The study will evaluate the efficacy of two dosing regimens of adagrasib (600 mg BID without regard to food versus 400 mg BID with food) in patients with NSCLC with KRAS G12C mutation and who have received prior treatment with a platinum-based regimen and immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
