    To evaluate patient outcomes following shoulder replacement with FX Shoulder Solutions medical devices To demonstrate effectiveness, safety and survivorship of FX Shoulder Solutions medical devices To provide data and analysis to FX Shoulder Solutions to meet regulatory requirements. To provide data and analysis for presentations, abstracts, publications and other public release of results. Clinical data in the Investigator's clinic notes and patient files regarding demographics, baseline medical and shoulder status, surgical procedure and implant components, and any completed postoperative clinical data will be collected retrospectively as data for the Study following signed patient consent and enrollment into the study. Each patient will be evaluated prospectively, and clinical data collected at the first baseline clinical evaluation using the protocol specified evaluations following study enrollment with successive postoperative evaluations in accordance with the postoperative intervals.

  • The CDK4/6 Inhibitor Dosing Knowledge (CDK) Study

    The CDK4/6 Inhibitor Dosing Knowledge Study (CDK Study) will study CDK4/6 inhibitor dosing regimens in patients 65 or older with Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC). The overarching goal of this pragmatic, randomized trial is to compare an "indicated" dosing approach, as listed on the FDA-approved drug label, that starts at the full dose of a CDK4/6 inhibitor (palbociclib or ribociclib) with dose reduction based on tolerability versus a "titrated" dosing approach that starts at a lower dose of a CDK4/6 inhibitor and then titrates up to full dose as tolerated. CDK4/6 inhibitors will be given in combination with endocrine therapy (either an aromatase inhibitor (AI) or fulvestrant) based on the choice of the treating clinician. The primary endpoint will be time to treatment discontinuation (TTD), defined as the time from randomization to last dose of the CDK4/6 inhibitor. The hypothesis is that starting low and escalating as tolerated will help older patients (> 65 years) stay on therapy longer. Eligibility criteria are broad to allow patients who are not typically included in clinical trials to participate, allowing for a more representative sample of participants. The investigators will conduct sub-group analyses based on age (65-74 years vs. ≥75 years) and baseline frailty scores. This study builds upon the lessons learned from prior studies with CDK4/6 inhibitors. The investigators will augment the standard assessment of treatment toxicities assessed by the health care team with prospectively collected patient-reported outcomes data to better reflect how participants tolerate the different dosing approaches.

    To evaluate patient outcomes following shoulder replacement with FX Shoulder Solutions medical devices and demonstrate effectiveness, safety and survivorship of FX Shoulder Solutions medical devices. To provide data and analysis to FX Shoulder Solutions to meet regulatory requirements. To provide data and analysis for presentations, abstracts, publications and other public release of results. A patient is considered a success at minimum of 2 years post-operative follow-up based upon the following composite clinical success (CCS): - Adjusted Constant Score that is ≥ 54 and improvement of ≥ 10 points from baseline Confidential FX Shoulder Post-Market Follow-Up Clinical Protocol Version 1.0 04 Aug 2022 9 - No continuous radiolucency or device migration/subsidence - No revision surgery - No serious device related adverse event The Registry will continue to follow patients to 5 years post-operative to track survivorship.

  • Cognitive Training for Cancer Related Cognitive Impairment in Breast Cancer Survivors

    The goal of this trial is to determine the efficacy of advanced cognitive training for cancer survivors suffering from cancer- and cancer-treatment-related cognitive dysfunction. For millions of cancer survivors, cognitive dysfunction is a prevalent, severe, and persistent problem that has long been associated with poor work-related and health-related outcomes. Evidence suggests that a significant subset of breast cancer survivors (BCS) incur cognitive changes that may persist for years after treatment. Unfortunately, the scientific basis for managing these cognitive changes is extremely limited. Available evidence from pilot studies, including our work, suggests that advanced cognitive training, which is based on the principles of neuroplasticity (ability of brain neurons to re-organize and form new neural networks), may be a viable treatment option. However, previous trials to date have been limited by lack of attention-controlled designs, small samples of BCS, or limited outcome measures. Therefore, to overcome limitations of past studies and build on our pilot results, the purpose of this 2-group, double-blind, randomized controlled trial is to conduct a full-scale efficacy trial to compare advanced cognitive training to attention control in BCS.

  • MagicTouch for Treatment of In-Stent Restenosis in Coronary Artery Lesions

    All subjects providing informed consent will have their medical history reviewed and will undergo a physical examination, laboratory screen, and a standardized 12-lead ECG within 7 days of procedure. Women of childbearing potential will have a pregnancy test within one week prior to the procedure. If subjects meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study, they will be randomized to one of two treatment groups, and will then undergo treatment with MagicTouch™ sirolimus-coated balloon or POBA of the target ISR lesion, per trial protocol. One pre-procedure and all post-procedure biomarker blood draws will be sent to a central core laboratory for analysis of troponin T. Evaluation of post-procedural biomarker blood draws in local laboratories are not mandated but may be performed as part of standard of care. During the index hospitalization, patients will undergo a clinical assessment and 12-lead ECG; and they will have cardiac biomarkers drawn before the intervention to establish baseline biomarker level and confirmation that the biomarkers are falling. At least one post procedure biomarker (core lab) will be drawn at a minimum of 4 hours after PCI as part of the assessment of periprocedural myocardial infarction and significant periprocedural myocardial injury (at 6-8 hour intervals depending on whether the patient remains admitted). If no procedural complications have occurred and there are no signs of ischemia on post-procedure ECG or clinical assessment, the patient may be discharged per local practice and no additional biomarker levels need to be drawn (beyond the protocol-mandated core laboratory draw at a minimum of 4 hours). If the patient remains admitted cardiac biomarkers (core lab) should be drawn every 6-8 hours until at least 2 total post-procedural core laboratory biomarker draws have passed or clinical standard-based biomarker levels have peaked per local labs or the patient is discharged. After hospital discharge, subjects will be followed at 30 days (+1 week), 6 months (+2 weeks), and 12 months (+1 month) and then 24, 36, 48 and 60 months (+1 month) post procedure. Yearly vital status information will be collected by telephone follow-up. At the 12-month visit, subjects will undergo 12-lead ECG, blood count, coagulation profile and blood chemistry tests. New and ongoing AEs and concomitant medications will also be assessed. All elective angiograms performed on the target vessel during the 12-month follow-up period should be preceded by a physician evaluation, during which the physician will indicate whether the subject's clinical status warrants revascularization, i.e. the subject has clinical evidence of ischemia. All films, including unscheduled angiograms, are to be sent to the angiographic core laboratory for review. The angiographic core laboratory will be blinded.
