A Study of Intravenous and Oral Isavuconazonium Sulfate in Pediatric Patients

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety and tolerability of multiple doses of intravenous (IV) and oral isavuconazonium sulfate administered daily in pediatric patients.
