This will be a randomized, multicenter, open-label, active-controlled, efficacy, and safety study in adult hypogonadal men. The study duration is 12 months (365 days), including a 90-day, open-label efficacy period and a 9-month (275-day) safety evaluation period.

The primary objective of this prospective controlled study is to evaluate the efficacy and the safety of abaloparatide-SC 80 mcg per day compared to placebo as assessed by change in bone mineral density over 12 months.

This study will assess the efficacy of vibegron compared with placebo in men with overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms on pharmacological therapy for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) as defined by micturition and urgency episodes.
