European Registry of Next Generation Imaging in Advanced Prostate Cancer
This registry is intended to collect real-world data on patient demographics, medical history, clinical endpoints, histological tumour characteristics and imaging explorations of the patients with prostate cancer at high risk for harbouring metastatic deposits at the hormone-sensitive stage, who require imaging exploration (conventional, NGI, or their combination) either at the diagnostic workup of a "naïve" patient or at biochemical relapse/progression after local treatment. Stage 1: cross-sectional observation 1. To identify the proportion of patients for whom an imaging work-up with NGI at baseline may result beneficial, according to physician criteria. 2. Assess management prompted by NGI vs. conventional imaging in usual clinical practice. 3. To identify the proportion of patients for whom conventional imaging is considered informative enough for making a clinical decision, according to physician criteria. 4. Stratification of metastatic prostate cancer patients by the number, volume, and location of deposits, according to the different imaging tools employed. 5. Reclassification of HSPC (M0 vs low vs. high volume) based on NGI respect to CI when both imaging modalities are used. Stage 2: longitudinal observation 1. Evaluation of survival outcomes and their relationship with the imaging pathway undertaken (overall and per subgroup of imaging modality). 2. Identification of prognostic factors related to treatment response and disease progression.

A Randomised Phase II Study of Roginolisib in Patients With Advanced/Metastatic Uveal Melanoma
A Phase II open-label, randomised, parallel-arm study, which will assess the clinical efficacy of oral roginolisib (IOA 244 [roginolisib hemi-fumarate]) as monotherapy against a control of Investigator´s treatment choice in patients with advanced or metastatic uveal melanoma (UM). This study will enrol approximately 85 male and female patients aged over 18 years with advanced or metastatic UM, who have progressed following at least 1 prior immunotherapy treatment. The disease must be measurable (i.e., at least 1 measurable lesion) as per RECIST v1.1 by Computerised Tomography (CT) scan or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

Volrustomig Priming Regimens Exploratory Phase II Platform Study
This is a platform, randomized, open-label, multicenter, global study. Enrolled participants with Stage IV non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSQ NSCLC) who are treatment-naïve and have not received previous treatment for advanced or metastatic disease. These participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to one of the two treatment arms: Arm 1A and Arm 1B. Both arms will test a volrustomig dosing in combination with chemotherapy.

A Study of AZD0486 Monotherapy or in Combination With Other Anti-Cancer Agents for Mature B-Cell Malignancies
This is open-label, multi-center study to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of AZD0486 administered as monotherapy and in combination with other anticancer agents in participants with mature B-cell hematologic malignancies. This master study currently includes 3 substudies and each substudy focusing on a defined population: Substudy 1: Relapsed/refractory (R/R) Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL)/ Small lymphocytic leukaemia (SLL) Substudy 2: R/R Mantle-cell lymphoma (MCL) Substudy 3: Large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) or R/R B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) (not applicable to US) The study will have the following sequential periods: 1. Screening period of 28 days 2. Treatment period 3. Follow-up period

DOuble-Lumen Intubation with VIdeolaryngoscopy
The purpose of this prospective multicenter randomized study is to compare successful intubation on the first attempt with the Macintosh laryngoscope vs the videolaryngoscope for double-lumen tube tracheal intubation in thoracic surgery. Investigators hypothesize that tracheal intubation using the videolaryngoscope will improve the frequency of successful intubation on the first attempt.

Validation of Naevia Medical in Valvulopathies
The objective of this study is to validate both the clinical benefit and safety of a knowledge-based clinical decision support system (CDSS), naevia medical, applied to clinical cases of cardiac valvulopathies. naevia medical aims to bridge the gap between scientific evidence and medical practice by improving adherence to scientific recommendations. The research aims to establish and verify that the naevia medical product is suitable for its intended purposes and provides the specified intended functionality as outlined by its manufacturer under normal conditions of use. It seeks to verify the clinical benefits of the product compared to conventional management by enhancing healthcare professionals' ability to provide a greater number of scientifically based recommendations tailored to each patient's specific situation. Additionally, the study aims to establish the clinical safety of the product by identifying potential undesirable side effects under normal usage conditions and evaluating whether these effects constitute acceptable risks in relation to the benefits provided. To achieve these objectives, a clinical research study will be conducted to assess naevia medical's capacity to increase appropriate recommendations and decrease inappropriate recommendations received by patients with valvulopathy, compared to conventional management without support. The study proposes a pre-test-post-test design with a randomly assigned group, utilizing a longitudinal approach with repeated measures and retrospective validation. Evaluation criteria will focus on the number of appropriate and inappropriate recommendations during baseline measurement (conventional management) and after CDSS activation, using a series of retrospective clinical cases of heart valve disease.
