  • An Ophthalmic Safety Study in Patients With Breast Cancer

This is a multicentre study assessing the ophthalmic safety in patients who are participating in a qualifying study. The study will include two cohorts of at least 60 individuals each. To be able to account for events associated with aging, worsening of pre-existing conditions, etc., ophthalmic study assessments will be performed in parallel in two cohorts at the same timepoints. The duration of the study assessment period will be approximately 12 months. Longer duration of the study would result in additional patient burden.

  • Study to Evaluate the Effect of Balcinrenone/Dapagliflozin in Patients With Heart Failure and Impaired Kidney Function

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of balcinrenone/dapagliflozin compared with dapagliflozin, on the risk of CV death, HF event with and without hospitalisation, in patients with chronic HF, impaired kidney function, and who have had a recent HF event. Eligible patients will randomly be assigned with a 1:1:1 ratio to receive once daily administration of one capsule and one tablet of one of the following treatments: 1. Balcinrenone/dapagliflozin 15 mg/10 mg capsule and matching placebo for dapagliflozin 10 mg tablet 2. Balcinrenone/dapagliflozin 40 mg/10 mg capsule and matching placebo for dapagliflozin 10 mg tablet 3. Dapagliflozin 10 mg tablet and matching placebo for balcinrenone/dapagliflozin capsule The study is event driven, and the average study duration for a participant is estimated to be 22 months including screening period, 20 months blinded treatment period and a one-month follow-up period on open-label dapagliflozin. The study will be conducted at approximately 700 sites in approximately 40 countries globally.

  • A Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Tezepelumab Compared With Placebo in Children 5 to < 12 Years Old With Severe Asthma

This is a phase-3 multicentre, double-blind, parallel-group placebo-controlled, randomised study. The study will comprise of: 1. Screening/Run-in period of 4 to 6 weeks, 2. 52-week double-blind Treatment period, 3. Post-treatment Follow-up period of 12 weeks. Participants will be randomised 2:1 to receive either tezepelumab or placebo administered by (SC) Subcutaneous injections for 52 weeks (double-blind Treatment period). There will then be a 12-week off-treatment Follow-up period for participants who do not continue in the optional open-label Active Treatment Extension period. An optional open-label Active Treatment Extension will allow all eligible participants the opportunity to receive active treatment with tezepelumab. The Active Treatment Extension period of the study will start following the 52-week double-blind Treatment period and will consist of a 24-week open-label Treatment period prior to the 12-week post-treatment Follow-up period.

  • A Study to Assess the Effect of Dexpramipexole in Adolescents and Adults With Severe Eosinophilic Asthma.

This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, parallel group study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dexpramipexole in adults and adolescents with severe, inadequately controlled asthma with eosinophilic phenotype on medium to high-dose inhaled corticosteroids (ICS )and at least one additional asthma controller medication with or without oral corticosteroids (OCS). Approximately 1400 participants will be randomized globally. Participants will receive dexpramipexole, or placebo, administered orally, over a 52-week treatment period. The study also includes a post-treatment follow-up period of 4 weeks.

  • ABTECT - Maintenance

All eligible subjects who have completed either one of the induction studies above mentioned, will be given the opportunity to take part in the present ABX464-107 study which consists of 2 treatment phases. This study consists of a 44-week maintenance treatment phase (Part 1 and Part 2), followed by a 4-year Long Term Extension (LTE) treatment phase and a 28-days follow-up period consisting in the End of Study (EOS) visit. The maintenance phase is a 44-week double blind, placebo-controlled, phase. Subjects who are clinical responders after 8 weeks induction will be randomized to Part 1, and those who are non-clinical responders will be randomized to Part 2. At the end of the 44-week maintenance phase, subjects will continue their allocated treatment until the maintenance phase is unblinded. Once the study is unblinded, all subjects receiving obefazimod will continue their allocated treatment. Subjects receiving placebo will be allocated to obefazimod 25 mg or can terminate the study.

  • REZILIENT3 (REsearching ZIpaLertinib In Egfr Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Tumors)

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of zipalertinib in combination with standard chemotherapy with pemetrexed and a platinum agent (either carboplatin or cisplatin) in patients with previously untreated, locally advanced or metastatic nonsquamous NSCLC harboring EGFR ex20ins mutations. The study will be conducted in two parts: - Part A: Safety lead-in to determine the recommended dose of zipalertinib in combination with standard chemotherapy pemetrexed and a platinum agent (either carboplatin or cisplatin) to be studied in Part B of the study. - Part B: Randomized, controlled, open-label, multinational Phase 3 study to assess the efficacy and safety of zipalertinib in combination with standard chemotherapy with pemetrexed and a platinum agent (either carboplatin or cisplatin) compared to standard chemotherapy alone. Patients randomized to the chemotherapy-only treatment arm in Part B may receive treatment with zipalertinib as monotherapy after BICR-assessed progressive disease (PD) is documented (optional "crossover arm"). An independent data monitoring committee (IDMC) will be established to monitor interim safety Data. A treatment cycle is defined as 21 days for both parts of the study. Part A: Safety Lead-In The primary objective of Part A is to determine the recommended dose of zipalertinib administered in combination with pemetrexed and a platinum agent (either carboplatin or cisplatin) to be studied in the Phase 3 portion of this study. Approximately 6-12 patients will receive zipalertinib administered at an initial dose of zipalertinib PO BID (Dose Level 1) in combination with pemetrexed and carboplatin or cisplatin on a 21-day cycle. Patients may continue to receive study treatment until documentation of progressive disease (PD) or until other withdrawal criteria are met, whichever comes first. Patients will be enrolled using a rolling-6 design,35 and the determination of the dose of zipalertinib to be used in Part B of the study will be informed by the incidence of dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) observed during Cycle 1. Part B: Phase 3 Enrollment into the Phase 3 portion of the study will begin following completion of Part A. Approximately 260 patients will be randomized on a 1:1 basis to receive pemetrexed and a platinum agent (either carboplatin or cisplatin) with or without zipalertinib on a 21-day cycle. Carboplatin or cisplatin will be administered for 4 cycles. Patients may continue to receive zipalertinib (experimental study arm) and pemetrexed (both study arms) until documentation of PD or until other withdrawal criteria are met, whichever comes first.
