Post Approval Study (PAS) of the OPTIMIZER Smart and CCM Therapy
The Impulse Dynamics OPTIMIZER Smart Pre-Market Application (PMA) clinical data confirmed that CCM therapy delivered with the Optimizer meaningfully improved health outcomes in patients with NYHA class III heart failure symptoms and left ventricular ejection fraction of 25-45%. CCM has shown significant improvements in quality of life measures, with an average improvement of >11 points in MLHWFQ incremental to the improvement of a randomized control group with no device. Six minute hall walk and functional class also showed improvements in the PMA data. The post-approval study (PAS) protocol has been designed to evaluate long term safety and efficacy of the OPTIMIZER Smart in a real-world setting.

Real-world Experience of Catheter Ablation for the Treatment of Paroxysmal and Persistent Atrial Fibrillation
The REAL AF Registry is an observational, prospective, multi-center, non-randomized registry designed to obtain real-world clinical experience of Paroxysmal and Persistent ablation RF technologies (e.g., THERMOCOOL SMARTTOUCH®, THERMOCOOL SMARTTOUCH® SF). Future new contact force technologies may be included as they become available in the market. Patient assessments will occur at the following time points: 1) pre-ablation, 2) procedure, 3) 10-12 weeks, 4) 6 months (monitor only) and 5) 1 year post ablation. The objective of this registry is to assess clinical outcomes, including procedural efficiency, safety, long-term, effectiveness of RF ablations in the treatment of patients with Paroxysmal or Persistent atrial fibrillation. The outcomes of the registry are: 1) long term effectiveness defined as freedom from atrial arrhythmia recurrence post 90 day blanking period, and 2) acute and late onset complications. Sites selected for this registry will already have the following pre and post procedure assessments as part of their standard of care: Patient assessments at the following time points: (1) pre-ablation or baseline, (2) procedure, (3) 10-12 weeks, (4) 6 months (monitor only) and (5) 1 year post ablation. Pre ablation/baseline assessment should include: TTE (within 6 months of procedure), CHADS2Vasc, sleep apnea, AAD status, OAC, Medical and Arrhythmia History 10-12 Week Follow-Up Office Visit: Physician evaluation, AAD status, OAC usage, repeat TTE, and Arrhythmia Reoccurrence and Treatment Assessment Monitoring: 96-hour continuous heart rhythm monitor scheduled at 6 months and 12 months post ablation, with an event monitor ordered as needed for symptomatic arrhythmias. 12 Month Follow up Office Visit: Physician evaluation, AF Type, AF Monitoring method, Sleep apnea, Post-procedure arrhythmia treatments, AF related symptoms and QOL improvement, AAD and OAC usage, CHA2DS2VASC and Arrhythmia Reoccurrence and Treatment Assessment

Assessment of CCM in HF With Higher Ejection Fraction
The AIM HIGHer Clinical Trial is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, quadruple-blind, sham-controlled, two-part embedded trial of the safety and efficacy of CCM therapy delivered via the OPTIMIZER Smart Mini System in subjects with heart failure and an LVEF ≥40% and ≤70%. Subjects will be enrolled at approximately 150 sites in the US and 75 sites OUS. All subjects will undergo screening and baseline testing; all eligible subjects will be implanted with the Optimizer System. Subjects will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to either CCM ON (CCM group) or to CCM OFF (Sham group). The trial will be blinded to the treatment assignment of the device for 18-months. Subjects in the Sham group will have CCM turned ON after completion of the 18-month study visit. Subjects enrolled during Part I (450 subjects) of the trial will continue follow-up through the end of Part II (up to an additional 1,050) and contribute data to both parts of the trial. Each part of the trial is distinguished by a separate scientific purpose. The specific purpose of each part is: Part I - Establish safety and effectiveness based on functional capacity and health status. Part II - Establish safety and effectiveness based on clinical outcome data.

A Study to Investigate Sonrotoclax Combined With Zanubrutinib Versus Zanubrutinib Alone in Participants With Previously Untreated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
This study will test how effective and safe sonrotoclax plus zanubrutinib treatment compared with zanubrutinib alone in participants with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The main goals of the study are to determine how many participants may no longer have evidence of cancer or have some improvement in the signs and symptoms of cancer after treatment and to determine what adverse events, or side effects, patients might experience. Sonrotoclax is an experimental drug that works by blocking a protein called B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2). This protein helps certain types of blood tumor cells to survive and grow. When sonrotoclax blocks Bcl-2 it slows down or stops the growth of tumor cells and helps them die. This can lead to improvements in patients with CLL disease. Zanubrutinib is a commercialized product that works by blocking a protein called Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) and controlling the activity and survival of malignant B cells. Zanubrutinib has received approval in over 65 countries/regions worldwide for the treatment of adult participants with B cell malignancies, including CLL. The study will enroll approximately 87 participants who will be randomly assigned by a computer program to receive one of the following treatments: sonrotoclax + zanubrutinib or zanubrutinib. The study will take place at multiple centers worldwide. The overall time to participate in this study is approximately 5 years.

Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) of Open Debridement Versus Tenex
During the initial screening visit, the physician will obtain your medical history and perform a physical exam. If you pass the screening, you will be randomized into either Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Tenotomy Technique or Open Surgical Debridement. It will be a 50% chance. It will be compared to flipping a coin. Once you have been placed in your treatment group, your treatment will be scheduled. You will then undergo your procedure and provided referral for physical therapy. You will also have follow up appointments with your physician to monitor your progress at 3 week(visit 3), 5 weeks (visit 4), 3 months (visit 5) 6 month (visit 6), and 12 month (visit 7) time points. You will also be requested to complete two patient questionnaires about your progress at visits 3-7.

Quizartinib or Placebo Plus Chemotherapy in Newly Diagnosed Patients With FLT3-ITD Negative AML
This is a clinical trial to compare the effect of quizartinib versus placebo (administered with standard induction and consolidation chemotherapy, then administered as maintenance therapy for up to 36 cycles) on the primary endpoint of overall survival (OS) in adult patients with newly diagnosed FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3)-internal tandem duplication (ITD) negative acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Participants will be tested for FLT3-ITD mutation status in a central laboratory using a validated assay.
