A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Immunogenicity of the mRNA COVID-19 Vaccines in Healthy Children Between 6 Months to Less Than 6 Years of Age
Part 1 will enroll participants aged 6 months to <6 years who have not been previously vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2. Participants will receive 2 doses of the mRNA-1273.214 vaccine. Part 2 will enroll participants aged 6 months to <6 years who have previously been vaccinated with a mRNA-1273 primary series in Study mRNA-1273-P204 (NCT04796896). Participants will receive a single BD of the mRNA-1273.214 vaccine, at least 4 months after completion of the mRNA-1273 primary series. Part 3 will enroll participants aged 6 months to <6 years who have previously been vaccinated with an authorized/approved COVID-19 vaccine. Participants will receive a BD of the mRNA-1273.815 vaccine at least 4 months after the last receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine. Part 4 will evaluate mRNA-1273.815 vaccine administered as a single dose to SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-naïve participants aged 2 years to <5 years of age enrolled in Cohort A (Part 4A), compared to 2 doses given to SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-naïve participants aged 6 months to <2 years enrolled in Cohort B (Part 4B).

Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of the UltraShape Device for Non-Invasive Abdominal Fat Reduction
This study is a prospective, baseline and blinded controlled, one arm clinical study showing the performance and safety of the UltraShape treatment for non-invasive abdominal fat reduction. Up to 60 Healthy subjects in up to 4 investigational sites will be enrolled in this study. All subjects will undergo an assessment of their general health. During the treatment period, subject's fat thickness and circumference will be measured and three successive UltraShape treatments, two weeks interval, will be performed. The study subjects will undergo UltraShape treatments on the abdomen. During the follow-up period visit will be conducted as follow: 4 weeks (4wk FU), 8 weeks (8wk FU) and 12 weeks (12wk FU) post last treatment (Tx.3). Subject's abdominal fat thickness and circumference will be measured in the measurements points and will be assessed at each visit. Additionally, a subject questionnaire will be completed in each follow-up visit (4wk, 8wk and 12wk FU). Finally, photography will be performed under visible light conditions of the front, right, left and back view. Most of the assessments will occur at each of the visits (all treatments and all follow-up visits) to the clinic.

A Study of Galcanezumab (LY2951742) in Participants 6 to 17 Years of Age With Episodic Migraine
The study has two parts which enroll separately from each other such that participants may choose to participate in either but not both: the main study and a study addendum. - The main study includes a 3-month, randomized, double-blind treatment period in which participants receive either galcanezumab or placebo, followed by a 9-month open-label extension in which all participants receive galcanezumab. - The study addendum is a stand-alone study of galcanezumab pharmacokinetics and safety in a group of participants separate from those in the main study. The study addendum includes a 5-month evaluation period after a single injection of galcanezumab, followed by a 9-month open-label extension.
