Study to Evaluate the Effect of Balcinrenone/Dapagliflozin in Patients With Heart Failure and Impaired Kidney Function
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of balcinrenone/dapagliflozin compared with dapagliflozin, on the risk of CV death, HF event with and without hospitalisation, in patients with chronic HF, impaired kidney function, and who have had a recent HF event. Eligible patients will randomly be assigned with a 1:1:1 ratio to receive once daily administration of one capsule and one tablet of one of the following treatments: 1. Balcinrenone/dapagliflozin 15 mg/10 mg capsule and matching placebo for dapagliflozin 10 mg tablet 2. Balcinrenone/dapagliflozin 40 mg/10 mg capsule and matching placebo for dapagliflozin 10 mg tablet 3. Dapagliflozin 10 mg tablet and matching placebo for balcinrenone/dapagliflozin capsule The study is event driven, and the average study duration for a participant is estimated to be 22 months including screening period, 20 months blinded treatment period and a one-month follow-up period on open-label dapagliflozin. The study will be conducted at approximately 700 sites in approximately 40 countries globally.

Open-Label Umbrella Study To Evaluate Safety And Efficacy Of Elacestrant In Various Combination In Patients With Metastatic Breast Cancer
This is a multicenter, Phase 1b/2 trial. The Phase 1b aims at selecting the RP2D dose, defined as a dose that is associated with less than 33% of patients experiencing a DLT of elacestrant when administered in combination with alpelisib, everolimus, palbociclib, abemaciclib, and ribociclib, that is, ≤1 patient experiencing a DLT out of 6 DLT evaluable patients. For each combination, this phase will have between 1 and 3 cohorts of 6 DLT-evaluable patients each. The total number of DLT-evaluable patients in all the combinations will vary between 24 and 72. The Phase 2 part of the trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of the various combinations in patients with ER+/HER2- advanced/metastatic breast cancer. The treatment arms will be: - Arm A: 50 patients: elacestrant with alpelisib; - Arm B: 50 patients: elacestrant with everolimus; - Arm C: 60 patients (30 patients in each combination): elacestrant with either abemaciclib or ribociclib; - Arm D: 90 patients (30 patients in each combination): elacestrant with either palbociclib, abemaciclib, or ribociclib - Arm E: 60 patients: elacestrant with capivasertib Phase 1b will have a total of 90 patients, while Phase 2 will have 310 patients for all treatment arm combinations.

Study of Acalabrutinib (ACP-196) in Combination With Venetoclax (ABT-199), With and Without Obinutuzumab (GA101) Versus Chemoimmunotherapy for Previously Untreated CLL
This randomized, global, multicenter, open-label, Phase 3 study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of AV and AVG versus chemoimmunotherapy (FCR or BR) in subjects with previously untreated CLL without del(17p) or TP53. Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio into 3 arms through a block stratified randomization procedure. The study includes screening (35 days), treatment (from randomization until study drug discontinuation) and follow-up phase.

Quizartinib or Placebo Plus Chemotherapy in Newly Diagnosed Patients With FLT3-ITD Negative AML
This is a clinical trial to compare the effect of quizartinib versus placebo (administered with standard induction and consolidation chemotherapy, then administered as maintenance therapy for up to 36 cycles) on the primary endpoint of overall survival (OS) in adult patients with newly diagnosed FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3)-internal tandem duplication (ITD) negative acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Participants will be tested for FLT3-ITD mutation status in a central laboratory using a validated assay.
