  • A Study of Valemetostat Tosylate Plus Pembrolizumab Versus Pembrolizumab Alone in First-Line NSCLC Without Actionable Genomic Alterations

This trial will evaluate the safety and efficacy of valemetostat tosylate (DS-3201b) in combination with fixed-dose pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone in participants with advanced or metastatic NSCLC without actionable genomic alterations, whose tumor has PD-L1 TPS ≥50%, and who have not received prior systemic therapy for advanced or metastatic NSCLC. The trial will be in 2 phases, dose escalation and dose expansion phases.

  • Switch Over Study of Biosimilar AGA for Fabry Disease

BIO-AGA-Fase III-001 is a Phase III, prospective, multicenter, open-label, single-group, baseline-controlled, switch over clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AGA BETA BS in patients with FD already treated and previously stabilized with Fabrazyme®. The study will be conducted in 2 parts: a 5-week Lead-in period (period 1) and 54 week treatment period (period 2). During period 1 all participants will receive 2 intravenous (IV) infusions of Fabrazyme®, provided by Biosidus. After that, in period 2 all participants will switch treatment to AGA BETA BS. A total of up to 20 participants are planned for the study. •The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the equivalence in efficacy between AGA BETA BS and Fabrazyme® after 6 months of treatment in participants with Fabry disease previously stabilized with Fabrazyme, by measuring disease biomarker (mean plasma Lyso-Gb3 marker ratio after 26 weeks of treatment, defined as plasma level of the marker Lyso-Gb3 after 26 weeks (6 months) divided by plasma level of the marker Lyso-Gb3 at baseline).

  • Datopotamab Deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) and Pembrolizumab With or Without Platinum Chemotherapy in 1L Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (TROPION-Lung07)

The primary objectives of the study are Progression Free Survival (PFS) and Overall Survival (OS) as first line therapy in participants with programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) TPS <50% and advanced or metastatic NSCLC without actionable genomic alternations. Eligible participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to a) Dato-DXd plus pembrolizumab plus platinum; b) Dato-DXd plus pembrolizumab; or c) pembrolizumab plus pemetrexed plus platinum. Platinum therapy will be either carboplatin or cisplatin at investigator discretion. The study will be divided into three periods: Screening Period (including tissue screening), Treatment Period, and Follow-up Period.

  • Gedatolisib Plus Fulvestrant With or Without Palbociclib vs Standard-of-Care for the Treatment of Patients With Advanced or Metastatic HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer

This is a Phase 3, open-label, randomized clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of gedatolisib plus fulvestrant with or without palbociclib for the treatment of patients with advanced (inoperable) or metastatic Hormone Receptor Positive, Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 Negative (HR+/HER2-) following progression on or after CDK4/6 and aromatase inhibitor therapy. Gedatolisib is an intravenously administered pan-PI3K/mTOR inhibitor. Palbociclib is a CDK4/6 inhibitor. Fulvestrant is a selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD). Subjects will be assessed for PIK3CA status and then randomized to treatment arms according to their confirmed PIK3CA mutation status.
