Testotoxicosis is a rare genetic disorder that causes early onset of puberty in boys. It is caused by a mutation in the luteinizing hormone receptor gene, which leads to overproduction of testosterone. Symptoms include rapid growth, increased muscle mass, deepening of the voice, and acne.
