Common Variable Immunodeficiency (CVID) is a primary immunodeficiency disorder characterized by low levels of immunoglobulins in the blood. It is a heterogeneous disorder with a wide range of clinical manifestations. Patients with CVID are prone to recurrent bacterial infections, autoimmune diseases, and malignancies.
