A Randomized, Double-Blind, Parallel Group, Multi-Center Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of PT009 Compared to PT005 on COPD Exacerbations Over a 52-Week Treatment Period in Subjects With Moderate to Very Severe COPD

An observational study on patients with a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of asthma and/or COPD to describe patient characteristics, treatment patterns and the burden of illness over time.

A study to assess the efficacy and safety of PT010 relative to PT003 and PT009 on COPD exacerbations over a 52 week treatment period in subjects with moderate to very severe COPD. Phase III

This study is comparing a fixed-dose Triple combination product to a fixed-dose dual combination product. The study is for a 12-week duration. We are also including an option for a 24-hour Holter Monitoring as a sub-study to the main study.
