To Study the Individual Variants of Chemotherapy-Induced Neurotoxicity

This is a prospective, observational, cohort study, monitoring the chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity by traditional clinical scales, neurological examinations, and semi-quantitative assessments. Moreover, all the genetic changes will be analyzed by next generation sequencing and we will try to identify relevant variants in individuals who suffer from chemotherapy-induced neurotoxicity.

Phase N/A

Obinutuzumab and ICE Chemotherapy in Refractory/Recurrent CD20+ Mature NHL

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety of administering obinutuzumab as a single agent alone and in combination with ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide (ICE) chemotherapy and determine the response rate of this treatment for children, adolescents and young adults (CAYA) with relapsed CD20 positive B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma ...

Phase

Cellular Immunotherapy Following Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Recurrent Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or B-Cell Prolymphocytic Leukemia

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: I. To assess the safety of adoptive therapy using ex vivo expanded autologous memory T cells (central memory T cells [Tcm] or nave and memory T-cells [Tn/mem]) that are enriched and genetically modified to express a CD19-specific, hinged optimized, CD28-costimulatory chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) as well as a ...

Phase

Genetic Variants and Chemotherapy-induced Abnormal Thermal Sensation

This is a prospective, single arm, single center study evaluating the use of a 4-gene panel to predict the occurrence of chemotherapy-induced abnormal thermal threshold in endometrial and ovarian cancer patients receiving post-operative chemotherapy with Carboplatin/Paclitaxel, and stage III colorectal cancer patients receiving adjuvant chemotherapy with mFOLFOX6. A total of ...

Phase N/A

Trial to Investigate Intensified Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

This is a prospective open randomized multicenter phase II trial with two arms. Patients suffering from histologically confirmed LAPC (and assessed as unresectable or borderline resectable according to National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Clinical Practice Guidelines "pancreatic adenocarcinoma" version 1.2013) without metastases will receive two different neoadjuvant treatment regimens: First ...

Phase

Enzalutamide With and Without Ribociclib for Metastatic Castrate-Resistant Chemotherapy-Naive Prostate Cancer That Retains RB Expression

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: I. To determine the maximum tolerated dose of ribociclib in combination with 160 mg of enzalutamide. (Phase Ib) II. To determine efficacy with respect to the proportion of subjects that achieve a >= 50% reduction in prostate-specific antigen (PSA) at 12 weeks. (Phase II) SECONDARY OBJECTIVES: I. PSA ...

Phase

Prevention of Chemotherapy Induced Cardiotoxicity in Children With Bone Tumors and Acute Myeloid Leukemia

background and rationale: Developing countries bear the greatest burden of childhood cancers as over 90% of the world's children live in these countries. More effective treatment protocols have markedly improved the outcome of childhood cancers. The 5-year overall survival for children with cancer in general has improved from about 30% ...

Phase

Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy for Recurrent Ovarian Cancer

This is a phase I prospective study with the primary objective to compare the efficacy and safety of CRS and HIPEC. The target population for this study is patients with ovarian, primary peritoneal or fallopian tube cancers undergoing secondary CRS after the first platinum-sensitive recurrence. 'Platinum-sensitive' recurrence is defined as ...

Phase

Selinexor in Patients With Advanced Thymic Epithelial Tumor Progressing After Primary Chemotherapy

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of selinexor in patients with advanced thymic epithelial tumor progressing after primary chemotherapy. This is a multicenter, open label phase II trial that uses a Simons two stage design. The study population is adults with histologically confirmed, ...

Phase

Study of Pembrolizumab Maintenance Following First-Line Platinum Based Chemotherapy in Patients With Metastatic Squamous - Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (sNSCLC)

Patients with squamous non-small cell lung cancer and an ECOG of 0-1 who received a first-line therapy with Cis-/Carboplatin for at least 2 cycles that had at least Complete Response (CR) / Partial Response (PR) / Stable Disease (SD) according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) v 1.1 ...
