68GA-PSMA-11 PET/CT Scan in Impacting Treatment Strategies for Patients With Prostate Cancer

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: I. To determine the impact of gallium Ga 68-labeled PSMA-11 (68Ga-PSMA-11) PET/CT on initial and subsequent treatment strategies of patients with prostate cancer. OUTLINE Patients receive 68Ga-PSMA-11 intravenously (IV) and undergo PET/CT scan over 3 hours. Patients may be reenrolled in the study, if 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT is performed ...

Combination of Entinostat and Enzalutamide in Advanced Prostate Cancer

This study is designed to determine the safety and tolerability of Entinostat with Enzalutamide for treatment of patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer. There will be two dose levels of Entinostat in combination with same dose of Enzalutamide. Patients will be followed during treatment and 1 month post discontinuation.

A Registry Study to Observe Clinical Outcomes of Participants With High-risk Metastatic Hormone-na ve Prostate Cancer in Japan

Abiraterone Acetate Prednisone and Apalutamide in Treating Patients With Hormone-Naive Metastatic Prostate Cancer

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: I. Determine if a baseline molecular-pathologic androgen receptor response (AR-response) signature predicts efficacy to abiraterone plus apalutamide in patients with hormone-naive metastatic prostate cancer (HNMPCa). SECONDARY OBJECTIVES: I. Evaluate the efficacy of abiraterone acetate plus apalutamide in patients with HNMPCa. II. Evaluate the safety of abiraterone acetate plus ...

PSMA-CART in Treating Patients With Refractory Castrate-Resistant Prostate Cancer

This is a Phase I study evaluating the safety and efficacy of PSMA targeting autologous CAR T cells in a 3+3 dose escalation design. Cohort 1 subjects (N=3 or 6) will receive a single dose of 0.5-1x 10^7/kg body weight (KgBW) PSMA-CART cells on day 0 after a conditioning chemotherapeutic ...
