Clinical Trial of Inhaled Molgramostim Nebulizer Solution in Autoimmune Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis (aPAP)

160 subjects with autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (aPAP) will be randomized to receive once daily treatment with inhaled molgramostim or placebo for 48 weeks.
