Primary: To evaluate the efficacy of brexpiprazole as monotherapy or as combination treatment with Zoloft (sertraline) in adult subjects with PTSD. Secondary: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of brexpiprazole 1 to 3 mg/day as monotherapy or as combination treatment with Zoloft (sertraline) in adult subjects with PTSD.
