Spondylolisthesis is a condition where one vertebra in the spine slips forward over the one below it. It can be caused by a defect or fracture in the vertebrae, or by age-related degeneration of the spine. Symptoms can include lower back pain, leg pain, and numbness or weakness in the legs.
