Clinical trial for Patients with Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Brief description of study

Clinical trial for Patients with Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Detailed Study Description

This clinical trial is provided by TrialReach.

Some people with diabetes may experience numbness and loss of sensation in their feet (a condition called peripheral neuropathy), which can lead to the development of wounds called foot ulcers. For some, foot ulcers may not respond well to standard wound care and may require additional treatment. The hope is that the drug being tested in this study will help the body fight infection and repair the damaged wound tissue, which, when combined with standard wound care, will help the ulcer to heal.
