Summary

READR is a study to understand the genetic factors influencing early-onset Alzheimer disease (AD) risk. The study includes individuals with early-onset AD, mild cognitive impairment, or other dementias. The study also includes family members without dementia or memory problems.

Description

Most activities occur by either phone or video conferencing (i.e., Zoom). To perform the genetic tests a blood sample will be collected in-person by a phlebotomist. We may request repeat contacts/interviews over time. This is to update you and your family on the progress of the study, and to obtain current information on any cognitive changes among you or your family.
