This study is to see how safe and effective the topical spray on trial medication is when used on subjects with Pruritus or Itch with Atopic Dermatitis. 


This study is a Phase II, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study of the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of topical spray for the treatment of pruritus in adults with a history of atopic dermatitis.

Inclusion Criteria

Male and female subjects 18 to 65 years of age
A history of atopic dermatitis for greater than 12 months consistent with a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis

Exclusion Criteria

Treatment with systemic corticosteroids within 4 weeks prior to randomization
Presence of active skin infection requiring antibiotics
History of malignancy within 5 years
Known active hepatitis infection
History of a major psychiatric condition
Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
