Are you suffering from lupus? Are you not responding to your current treatment?

Other Details:

What will happen during the study?

The study is made up of three parts:

  • Part 1: Screening – if you are interested in taking part, you will be invited to attend a screening visit up to 6 weeks before study treatment begins. During this visit, you will undergo medical tests and examinations to determine whether you qualify for the study.

  • Part 2: Double-blind treatment period – If you qualify, you will be asked to return to the study clinic every 4 weeks for 52 weeks (14 visits in total). During these visits, you will undergo further tests and receive the study drug. ‘Double-blind’ means that neither you nor the study staff knows which study drug you are taking.

  • Part 3: Extension period – you may be able to join the extension period, during which you will receive the investigational drug and visit the study clinic every 24 weeks over 104 weeks (5 or 6 visits in total).
