Study Evaluating the Effects of Tradipitant vs. Placebo in Reducing Chronic Pruritis in Adult with Atopic Dermatitis


Brief description of study

This is a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to assess the efficacy & safety of tradipitant in reducing chronic pruritus (itching) in adults with atopic dermatitis (eczema).

All enrolled subjects will receive oral medication to be taken twice daily for 8 weeks. There are 6 office visits throughout the study which may include a physical exam, blood draws, urine sampling, assessments by qualified professionals and other assessments which will be reviewed in detail at your screening visit.

All services are provided at no cost.
