A Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Dose-Escalation Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Clinical Effects, and Systemic Exposure of a Topical Application of BMX-010 in Subjects with Atopic Dermatitis and Plaque Psoriasis

Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of the investigational study drug (BMX-010) compared to a placebo.



Detailed Study Description

BMX-010 is thought to treat a wide variety of inflammatory disorders. The main purpose of this study is to learn about the safety of the study drug.

The primary purpose is to determine how much and how often BMX-010 can be safely given to patients with AD or PS. We also want to evaluate the effects of the investigational study drug on skin lesions.

The study is currently recruiting only patients with physician diagnosed atopic dermatitis.  

The study consists of 6-7 weekly visits.
