A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Vehicle-Controlled, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of CLS006 versus Vehicle in Subjects 2 years of age or older with Cutaneous Common Warts

Clinical research study for the treatment of common warts.

Detailed Study Description

This research is being done to try to test whether a drug called Furosemide Topical Gel (CLS006) is safe and can help people with common warts. The doctor is also doing this study to compare Furosemide Topical Gel with placebo, a gel that looks like Furosemide Topical Gel but doesn’t have any drug in it.

If a subject is qualified, we will invite you to our clinic for up to 8 visits (Screening Visit, Day 1, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 12, Week 18, and Week 30). The subject will come with their parent/guardian. The participation in this study could last up to 5½ to 8½ months. Each visit will take up to 2 hours. The subject will use a gel on your warts one time a day for 6 weeks.

Participation will be approximately be 5-8 months (including 6-7 visits) 

You may receive up to $900.00 if you complete the entire study, as a compensation for your time and travel.
