A randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, multicenter study in male and female adult subjects with TRD to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of flexibly dosed intranasal esketamine plus a newly initiated oral antidepressant compared with a newly initiated oral antidepressant plus intranasal placebo
