Description

Participation in our Crohn's disease research study is for adults only and may last up to 57 weeks.

Qualified participants in our research study may receive:

  • Study-related care and study medication on not cost
  • Compensation for time and travel

Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria

Male or female age 18 to 75
CD involving the ileum and or colon
Current treatment with at least one of the following therapies
Oral 5-acetyl salicylic acid (5-ASA) compounds
If currently taking, dose must be stable for at least 4 weeks
If discontinued due to lack of response or tolerance, stop date must have been at least 2 weeks prior to baseline
Corticosteroid Therapy
If currently taken, dose must be stable for at least 2 weeks
If discontinued due to lack of response or tolerance, stop date must be at least 2 weeks prior to baseline
Azathioprine or 6 mercaptopurine (6-MP) or methotrexate
If currently being used, dose must be stable for at least 8 weeks
If discontinued due to lack of response or tolerance, stop date must have been at least 4 weeks prior to baseline
