Bright Light Therapy for Treatment of Sleep Problems Following Mild Traumatic Brain Injury

Detailed Study Description

The study aims to understand the effectiveness of a six-week course of light exposure on cognitive functioning, mood, activity, and sleep in people that have suffered a mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) or "concussion." The entire study lasts 13 weeks with only 4 visits to Banner UMC and includes six weeks of daily light exposure using a portable light device each morning at home.
