With WCG’s MAGI 2024 Conference set to take off in New Orleans on April 14, the time has come to submit your site’s, sponsor’s or CRO’s innovative approach to improving site operations to the conference’s annual Innovation Challenge.

Submissions, which are due by Jan. 31, can be either novel ideas or fully fledged practices. The event is intended to give sites, sponsors and CROs a platform to present interesting, creative ideas and approaches geared toward boosting site efficiency, performance or quality.

The MAGI Steering Committee will select five submissions as finalists to be presented during a special plenary session on April 17. Following these presentations, the audience will vote to select one innovation the winner.

Finalists will be alerted of their selection by Feb. 29 and will receive these benefits:

• Free conference registration and membership to the MAGI conference faculty;
• Exclusive presentation during the Innovation Challenge Plenary session;
• An article about their innovation in CenterWatch Weekly, which boasts a readership of approximately 220,000 people; and
• The opportunity to participate in a WCG Talks Trials podcast episode.
