In the first study of its kind, the Critical Path Institute (C-Path) and the Tufts Medical Center have agreed to collaborate on integrating clinical trial data to generate actionable real-world evidence (RWE) for neonatal drug development.

C-Path is an independent nonprofit that receives funding from the FDA and the Department of Health and Human Services. The joint venture with Tufts is being funded through an FDA grant and will be launched through a neonatal pilot project within C-Path’s International Neonatal Consortium.
