Constella Group to Acquire Lineberry Research Associates
Constella Group, a provider of professional health services that has a contract research organization (CRO) division, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Lineberry Research Associates (LRA), a 75-employee CRO. Both are based in North Carolina. Financial terms were not disclosed.
