On Assignment has closed its acquisition of Valesta, a provider of specialized staffing in clinical research in Europe.

Valesta is based in Mechelen, Belgium, with branch offices in Spain and the Netherlands. The company serves the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries as well as CROs.
