Joann Eisenhart, formerly senior vice president of human resources at Pfizer, has been named vice president of human resources of Milwaukee-based Northwestern Mutual.  Eisenhart also was named an executive officer. 

Prior to joining Pfizer, she served in human resources and scientific leadership roles over a 16-year career with Rohm and Haas Co.  She holds a doctorate in inorganic chemistry from the University of Wisconsin. She earned her undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois.
