EpiCept has appointed Keith L. Brownlie, former partner of Ernst & Young, to its board of directors.

During his 36 year career with Ernst & Young, Brownlie served as audit partner for numerous public companies and was the life sciences industry leader for the New York metro area. At Ernst & Young, Brownlie was involved with public offerings, debt financings, secondary offerings and M&A transactions.
