Qforma adds four employees
Qforma, a provider of advanced analytics and predictive modeling technologies for the health sciences industry, has appointed Hector Garcia, Jim Girard, Anthony Giancola and Carin Vigil to its team.
An electrical engineer by training, Hector Garcia brings valuable analytics experience from the power generation/distribution and semiconductor industries to his new role as director, quality assurance. He is charged with leading a wide range of quality assurance, automation and analysis initiatives.
Jim Girard joins Qforma's technology team as a senior analyst and programmer responsible for special projects. Prior to joining Qforma, he led software development and analyses for simulations of markets, crowds and networks.
Tony Giancola also joins the technology team as a senior programming engineer specializing in user interfaces. Before joining Qforma, he was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Strategic Analytics.
Carin Vigil joins Qforma with a dual background in finance and healthcare. She was an accountant for the finance department and an auditing and tax intern at Novogradac & Co. She also worked as a medical laboratory technician at Pharmaceutical Product Development.
