Medical Device Consultants, a regulatory consulting firm and CRO for the medical device industry, has named Frederick Tobia director of regulatory and clinical services. He will oversee the daily operations of those groups.

He brings over 20 years of experience in the medical device and CRO industry, having held senior executive roles in regulatory, quality and clinical. Most recently, he was vice president, regulatory and clinical affairs at NMT Medical.
