Premier Research Group has named Mark P. Sneff vice president, human resources. In this role, Sneff will be responsible for the global human resources function and staff in support of Premier Research’s strategic goals.

Sneff has a 25 year human resources and operations career in international pharmaceutical development, healthcare services, educational services and executive search. Most recently he was senior vice president human resources for Critical Homecare Solutions.  Prior, he served as vice president of global human resources for Covance.
