NERH names Vox medical director
August 5, 2011
New England Rehabilitation Hospital (NERH) has named Dr. Ford Vox as medical director of its acquired brain injury program. Vox most recently served as a brain injury program development consultant and research collaborator at NERH while completing a neurorehabilitation fellowship at Boston University’s department of neurology. He is also a clinical assistant professor at Tufts University School of Medicine in the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation.
As Vox enters his role as medical director, NERH plans to expand service capabilities into specialized areas to treat more complicated cases and attain Disease-Specific Certification in brain injury rehabilitation from The Joint Commission.
