Champions Oncology has named Gary G. Gemignani executive vice
president and chief financial officer.

Most recently, Gemignani served as executive vice president, chief
operating officer and chief financial officer of Coronado Biosciences, a
company focused on novel immunotherapy agents for cancer and inflammatory
diseases.

Joel Ackerman, Champion's Oncology's executive officer said, "We are pleased to add an executive with Gary's background and vast experiences as we continue to
build our management team."
